3. Made-to-Order Products

All Zodi Drip products are made to order, meaning each item is custom-made once your order is placed. Because of this, please allow up to:

• 2 weeks for processing

• 2 weeks for shipping

4. Pricing & Availability

We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability at any time without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at zodidrip@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement item at no additional cost. Refunds are not available.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen events.
