All Zodi Drip items are made to order to ensure quality and intention in every piece we create.

Please allow:

Up to 2 weeks for processing

Up to 2 weeks for shipping

Orders may take up to 4 weeks total from the date of purchase to arrive. Processing and shipping times may vary slightly due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

We truly appreciate your patience and support as our brand continues to grow.

 

Returns / Exchanges

 

We want you to love our Zodi Drip pieces. If something isn't quite right, we offer replacements within 14 days of delivery. Because all items are made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds at this time.

Items must be

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in original condition with tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for replacement requests unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your replacement.

Please note:

Limited drops and items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for replacement.

As a growing brand working closely with our manufacturers, we are currently unable to accept returns on made-to-order items.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Quality is extremely important to us. Every order goes through a thorough inspection process before shipping to ensure accuracy and quality.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at zodidrip@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will gladly provide a replacement item once the item is returned.
